Anna Goldstein is an NYU Certified Life Coach. Anna earned her bachelors degree in Psychology at Penn State University where she also played on the Division 1 Varsity Tennis Team. After graduating, she taught tennis in New York City to beginners, celebrities, and intermediate/advanced players. Her tennis coaching experience sparked her interest in Life Coaching.
She enjoys helping people who are determined and willing to overcome obstacles, eliminate unhealthy habits and change negative thought patterns in order to reach their goals. Through the process of inquiry, she helps people to gain clarity and find solutions to challenges. Her cognitive behavioral approach is focused on designing an appropriate plan of action that will enable you to achieve your desired goals.
